Child-Care Services

UIMA runs a child care centre under the brand name of Little Dolphins Playskool. Here, children from the age range of 18 months to 6 years are cared after in a learning environment that is stimulating, safe, healthy and caring.

Little Dolphins Playskool

At Little Dolphins, we are committed to helping students from poor and needy families. Our records speak for themselves.

We not only provide child care services, but also provide helping hands to students from underprivileged families. This is done through priority enrolment, financial assistance, easy payment schemes, and referrals to CDCs for other help schemes.

Currently, we have 15 students who are being assisted through our collaboration with the various CDCs.

We also provide education bursaries from our own Association's funds to siblings of our child care students. Annually, we give out education bursaries to about 250 students from poor and needy families, regardless of their race, culture and religion.

Our other initiatives to help poor and needy families include:

•  Reserving 15 childcare slots for students from poor and needy families, and provide them with financial assistance through ties-ups with CDCs

•  Providing easy payment schemes to low-income families participating in our child care centre

•  Assist low-income families through referrals to relevant Government help schemes
