  • Achievements & Accreditation

How LDP was established, the organisation was keen to create a well-rounded childcare program that supports the development needs of children and provides valuable assistance to families in the community. The organisation then establishes a childcare program by following several key steps.

  1. It conducted research to identify the demand for childcare services in the community. Then it develops a detailed plan outlining the objectives, target group and scope of childcare program. This involves surveys, interviews, and data analysis to understand the needs of families and children.
  2. It secures funding through donations via fund raising. It creates a budget to cover operational costs. We ensured the program meets local and national regulations for childcare services (eg ECDA licensing criteria). We hired qualified staff and provided them with training to ensure they can deliver high-quality care and education.
  3. It develops curricula and activities that promote early childhood development and address the specific needs of the children served. It continuously assesses the program’s effectiveness through feedback from families, staff and stakeholders and adjust improve the quality of care and education.
  4. Finally, the organisation fosters relationships with other SSAs, community leaders and donors to support the program and enhance its impact.

"Where caring and learning converge for your child’s total learning experience."

"To provide a homely, caring, and learning environment for children, irrespective of their racial, religious, or cultural background."
